What is the card security code / CVV? Where is it located?

The card security code, also known as CVV, is a three or four-digit number. It is located on the back of Visa, Mastercard, and Diners cards, and on the front of American Express cards.

We accept various payment methods, including debit and credit cards, bank slips, and PayPal. All our payment transactions are conducted in a completely secure environment.

Order Tracking

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?  

Order processing can take up to 2 business days. After processing, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery.

 

How can I track the delivery status of an order?  

All updates regarding your order's progress are sent via email. It is important to ensure your email is correct to receive our communications. You will receive an email with the tracking code, which can be used on the indicated carrier's website to track the delivery. I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Exchanges and Returns

How can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

I received my product and would like to return or exchange it. How do I proceed?  

 

Contact us via WhatsApp +55(11)97610-7626 or email at [email protected], explain the reason for the return, and send the invoice. We will handle all the necessary procedures. Remember that returns are allowed within 7 days after receiving the product. The brand tag must be intact, and the product must be in perfect condition for the return to be accepted.

 

How do I send the order back in case of a return?  

After contacting us via email or WhatsApp, we will send you a reverse logistics authorization. The carrier will collect the package from your address. The authorization for reverse logistics must be used within 7 days of receipt.

 

I requested a refund. How long will it take to receive the amount?  

For payments made by bank slip, the refund will be made via DOC to a checking account with the same name as the person responsible for the order. The refund process may take up to 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the product at our atelier.

 

For credit card payments, the cancellation and refund follow the card administrator's rules. The refund amount may appear in up to 2 billing cycles, depending on the card's billing or closing date.

You can search for the product by entering the reference number or item name (e.g., "saia idioma" or "skirt") in the search bar. Another option is to browse the categories at the top of the website (e.g., Women's > Pants, Shorts, and Skirts).

Sorting the Laundry

Separate clothes by color: whites, lights, colors, and darks. Do not mix colors during washing, as some colors may bleed and damage other items.

 

Washing Cycle

Wash lightweight fabrics separately from heavy fabrics. For example, twill should not be washed with viscose, as the friction can cause damage. Choose the temperature and washing cycle according to each product's fabric composition.

 

Drying

To avoid stains, dry clothes in well-ventilated areas and out of direct sunlight. Ideally, lay them flat to dry or hang them by the middle without using clothespins to help them retain their shape after drying.

 

Ironing

Iron clothes at the appropriate temperature, as indicated on the care label. Use a thin cotton cloth over the items to prevent marks.
